Happiness is one of the greatest values of people. Joy is something that keeps the light of life in us and helps us to get up everyday and to go to work, to communicate with people, to cook and to sleep. It is difficult to take everything with joy and happiness. The modern world doesn’t allow people who really take everything as positive events and things. And such people are called optimists.

The Joy of Friendship

Friendship is phenomenon about which a lot has been said and it was described from many points of view. Friendship is based on love, respect, compassion, and mutual help. And if friendship is true it brings joy and makes people happy.

Joy and friendship are two phenomena connected with each other a lot. And friendship is the source of joy and happiness. It inspires people. And when two friends are together and they support each other, people are happy because they have someone to rely on and to be with when they need help.

People get even the desire to live and to work if they have true friends as people always have some person to spend evening with. And joy can be discovered in everything.

Friend’s meeting, visits, spending time, laughter and smiles, help and understanding, kisses and hugs – everything that friends do together bring people joy. And the greatest joy that is the part of the joy of friendship is the joy of communication. People are social creatures that can’t survive without communication, that is why friendship is the source of it and therefore it is the source of joy of communication.

But friendship may also hurt and bring trouble to the life of people; I mean betray, revenge, cheating, etc. A friend who knows what it is, can’t be named a friend.

What is Joy?

Everybody has experienced the emotion of joy. But who can give the exact definition of joy? Every person forms his/her personal idea about joy and happiness, but vocabulary defines joy as an emotion of extreme happiness.

Joy is positive emotional background provoked by happy news or feelings of satisfaction. The notion of euphoria is connected with joy and happiness.

Scientists say that joy and happiness are synonyms. And philologists don’t make difference of principle between “happiness” and “joy” and say that these words may be used according to the preferences of each person.

A lot of objects have the essence of joy, for example, the joy of life, the joy of observation, the joy of movement, the joy of nostalgia, the joy of communication, the joy of love.

To make the emotions of joy vivid and strong, joy must be conscious.

Things that make us happy

One of the greatest emotions that is characteristic for people is the emotion of joy and happiness. This emotion inspires people and produces only positive effect on people. That is why all people of the world live, work, study and do their best to be happy.

There are people who are optimistic and take everything through the feeling of joy, and find something good and positive in the worst things. The sun is always shinning and the sky is always blue for them. These people are optimist.

And maybe all people of other tempers should follow their perception of the world. As when one is happy, he/she is healthy and wealthy.

It is so hard to create absolute happiness in the life, but it is so easy to destroy it. One sly word can destroy everything that was building for ages. Sometimes people are so happy that they are afraid of their happiness and then their joy is shadowed by the expectative of something bad.

The Joy of Laughing

According to scientists laugh makes our life longer. When people laugh, special hormone is produced by our organism that makes us happy. People are young, beautiful and healthy thanks to this hormone.

And laughing makes us happy from both physiological and psychological points of view. It brings satisfaction to people and makes them happy.

From moral point of view, laugh is the demonstration of the positive reaction and of good mood. And I think you’ll agree with me that laughing is the phenomenon that makes other people laugh When you see the person smiling, your mood rises and you begin smiling again.

And from physiological point of view, during laughter the special hormone that is responsible for elimination of pain and protection of our organisms from the harmful effects.

From ancient times people paid particular attention to laughter. And even Aristotle wrote the book dedicated to laughter. Comedies were created to bring people laughter and joy with it.

Do you remember the story of a boy who sold his laughter? He suffered a lot. And this story proved one more time that laughter is much more important than we think about it.

So, laughter is one of phenomena that brings us joy and makes us happy. After all when people are happy they are always smiling.

The Joy to Succeed

The modern world is cruel and severe. It is very hard to survive in it. And maybe only such phenomena as love, happiness, joy, beauty keep people alive. And only several people manage to succeed in this world full of injustice and envy. And when a person really succeeds no matter in what sphere, he/she becomes happy. Joy fulfils all other gaps.

It is possible to succeed in any sphere. People may succeed in their career, sports, family life, etc. But it is possible to succeed on less important level, for example in some game, in dispute, in achieving something, etc. And all these things also bring joy.

Every person wants to succeed and to make his/her intentions and desires come true. And usually they have to sweat to gain their goals. And they are working hard and do their best but to succeed. And when people finally gain their goals and succeed after hard work, their achievements are the prise for all their attempts.

Unfortunately some people cheat to succeed. And even if this person manages to succeed and to lie, he/she doesn’t get so much joy as if he/she succeeded honestly.

Success is notion that includes many aspects. And to succeed in your life it is necessary to fill all gaps with love, respect, care, happiness. Only then, being already old, you’ll understand that you succeeded in your life and you will be extremely happy.

The shoe that fits one person pinches another

But there are harmless means of dealing with these fanatical urges. Footwear can step in and lend a helping hand. Make that a foot though. It does so in a very stylish manner. It does have the potential of turning into a very expensive form of entertainment for those afflicted shoe-loving folks.
